It takes effect when we receive it (DPA §7.4(a)). The agreed terms are the DPA text identified by the source fingerprint and the cover and signature terms identified by the template revision, both published at the address above. Completing the designated fields does not change them. This offer lapses as set out in DPA §7.4(f).
