A conversation with any ISMS Copilot assistant starts when you start interacting with the assistant. It ends when you click on the top right circle “reset conversation”. A new conversation then gets created.
If you want your conversation to be deleted, ask support to do it before creating another one, otherwise it will be more difficult for support to identify which conversation you wish to delete.
Once you sent your conversation deletion request (if you wanted), you can reset your previous conversation.
