Chatbots answers are cut unfinished
This happens when chatbot hits capacity limit, usually with very long answers.
In this case:
- Copy the unfinished answer
- Paste it in chat
- The assistants will just complete the unfinished answer.
It’s important that you follow these steps. What doesn’t work 🚫:
- Just asking “finish/complete”. Usually a cut answered won’t be remembered by the assistant, so the assistant will restart from the “previous” message, before the cut answer, and won’t be able to complete the unfinished request because… it’s not aware of it.
The Chatbot Interface is Slow When I Type. What Can I Do?
If the chatbot interface is slow:
- Start a new Chat (top right of the chat interface).
- If you are using an “EU” assistant, contact support as new chat creation is not available yet (as of March 2025).
