About This AI System

Temporary Chats is an AI-powered chatbot designed for users who require short-term assistance with enhanced privacy and data protection. All conversation data is hosted in the EU (France) and automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. In accordance with EU AI Act transparency requirements, we inform you that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.

Classification Under EU AI Act

Risk Classification

Temporary Chats is classified as a limited-risk AI system (chatbot) based on:

• Intended Purpose: Provides short-term, privacy-enhanced guidance for compliance and security tasks.
• Functionality: Offers secure, temporary conversations with the same knowledge base as ISMS Copilot X, designed for privacy-conscious users.
• Risk Level: As a limited-risk chatbot, it provides advisory services without impacting fundamental rights.
• Decision Making: Supports but does not replace human decision-making for compliance-related tasks.
• Data Processing: Operates with a strict 30-day retention policy and minimal data processing, hosted in the EU.

Rationale for Classification

The system does not qualify as high-risk under Article 6 and Annex III because:

• It does not operate in sectors like health, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure.
• Conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days, minimizing privacy risks.
• It provides general advisory support and does not make decisions impacting fundamental rights.
