ISMS Copilot Refund Policy

1. Scope and Relationship to Terms of Service

  1. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into the ISMS Copilot Terms of Service (“Terms”). If any provision in this Policy conflicts with the Terms, the Terms prevail.
  2. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms or under Applicable Data Protection Law.
  3. This Policy governs all purchases of ISMS Copilot’s Services, including subscriptions, feature unlocks, and annual or monthly plans. References to “User,” “You,” or “Customer” have the same meaning as in the Terms.

2. General Provisions and EU Context

Digital Service Nature

ISMS Copilot offers AI-driven, intangible compliance tools. Because these are delivered immediately upon purchase or subscription activation, the usual EU “14-day cooling-off period” for consumers (under the EU Consumer Rights Directive) may be partially or fully inapplicable once the Services have been accessed.

B2B Transactions

ISMS Copilot’s clientele is primarily business (B2B) users seeking compliance and information security assistance. If You act as a consumer under EU law, certain statutory rights may apply. Where local consumer laws override this Policy, those laws govern.

Exclusion of UK Usage

As outlined in the Terms, ISMS Copilot does not serve users located in the United Kingdom. Refund requests from users in the UK are handled per the Terms. ISMS Copilot reserves the right to deny or process refunds for UK-based transactions at its sole discretion, given we do not offer Services in that region.

Instant Delivery

Because ISMS Copilot’s Services are digital and often yield immediate value (e.g., generated policies, compliance advice), the EU 14-day cooling-off can be waived or limited if You have begun using the Services. Absent mandatory local laws, full or partial refunds might not be available.

No Warranty on Outcomes

ISMS Copilot disclaims any warranty for specific results (e.g., obtaining ISO certification). Dissatisfaction with AI outputs or incomplete success in compliance do not, in themselves, entitle You to a refund unless mandated by local consumer law.
