You pay one flat fee regardless of how many team members need access.

How much does an ISMS Copilot subscription cost?

Our subscription is $20/month.

If you’re a team, $100/month for the company.

No “per-seat” or extra cost if you add more people (of course, unless you’re onboarding thousands of consultants… but consulting companies that we love to serve are generally rather “human size” :-).

If I have multiple team members, do I need multiple subscriptions?

No. With Pro Unlimited, one subscription covers your entire company or team. You don't need to purchase additional licenses for each team member.

How do I add team members to my existing subscription?

To add colleagues to your existing subscription:

1. Contact our support team
2. Provide the email address associated with your active subscription
3. Share the email address of the colleague you want to add
4. Our team will activate access for your colleague under your existing subscription

Is there a limit to how many team members I can add?

We expect reasonable use. The single subscription model is designed for typical security and compliance teams. While we don't enforce a strict numerical limit, this policy is intended for legitimate team use, not for sharing access across an entire enterprise.
