You can use the Chat support (bottom right) of the app to declare any incident. A dedicated “Report issue” button is also available in the application. You can raise an incident or any concern.
If you’re asking about a potential incident, the AI support assistant will look into our status page for any ongoing incident. This way, we avoid leaving you in the dark. Of course, for fixing any issue affecting you, you would need to leave your email so that can human being can reach out to you.

For any “moderate” incident we would publish information on the status page. If the incident was serious, and affecting your data, we would reach out to you directly.
