We’ve implemented a new payment processing solution using Paddle, a Merchant of Record service, to handle VAT (Value Added Tax) collection and reporting requirements mandated by HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs).

Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, managing all tax compliance requirements automatically, including VAT calculation, collection, and remittance to HMRC. This ensures a seamless and compliant payment process for our UK customers.

• Monthly Billing: £40/month
• Annual Billing: £300/year (Save 25% compared to monthly billing)

To subscribe:

1. Visit our UK subscription page at https://www.ismscopilot.com/subscription-uk.
2. Choose your preferred billing frequency (monthly or annual).
3. Click the "Subscribe to ISMS Copilot" button to proceed to payment via Paddle Checkout.
4. Complete the payment process securely through Paddle.

Manual Activation Process

Please note that subscriptions are activated manually by our team to ensure proper setup and compliance. After completing your payment:

• You will receive a confirmation message stating, "Thank you for subscribing! We will activate your account within 24 hours."
• Allow up to 24 hours for your account to be activated.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your account is active and ready to use.
