ISMS Copilot ensures high availability through a multi-layered, redundant infrastructure. We utilize multiple AI providers and models to maintain continuous service, with backup systems in place across providers to minimize disruptions. This structure reduces the risk of individual chatbot or provider failures.
24/7 monitoring of all critical systems allows us to proactively detect and address potential problems.
In addition, we have a disaster recovery plan in place, including providing our services through a backup application if the main application wasn’t available. This ensures fast recovery and continuity of service in the event of a major incident.
We are committed to enhancing the reliability of ISMS Copilot models through weekly improvements to our AI models. These updates are designed to reduce the occurrence of AI hallucinations and improve cross-framework knowledge integration. Our multi-framework model is complex, but our continuous efforts ensure its steady improvement.
While the EU version of ISMS Copilot is newer and still maturing, we are actively working to bring it up to the same reliability standards as the US version. All versions of ISMS Copilot are subject to regular updates aimed at boosting overall performance and accuracy.
Scalability is built into our system, allowing it to dynamically adjust based on demand to ensure smooth and reliable performance, even during peak usage periods.
We keep users informed about the availability and performance of our services via our real-time status page at isms-copilot.instatus.com. This page is automatically updated based on our continuous monitoring of critical systems. If necessary, we can also manually update the page to provide real-time information during any incidents or maintenance periods. This ensures that users are always kept up-to-date on the current status of ISMS Copilot.
At this time, we do not offer formal SLAs, as we rely on multiple AI providers that do not guarantee specific service levels themselves. However, we work diligently to maintain high availability and reliability, and we communicate transparently with our users through our status page, our Linkedin page (ISMS Copilot) and designated communication channels in the event of any disruptions.
Again, we believe that our multiple-provider setup allows our customers to always be able to benefit from assistants.
While we are not officially certified in ISO 27001 or SOC 2, we actively align our processes and practices with the requirements of these standards. We built a Business Continuity Management system aligned with ISO 27001 and inspired from ISO 22301. We are dedicated to meeting these certification standards in the future as we continue to improve our systems.
